- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and black pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked (about 6-7 minutes per side). Slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Add cooked linguine and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, increase the cayenne pepper.
- Replace heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
