Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss fries with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  3. Spread fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Drizzle with sour cream and hot sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
