A delicious and creamy Alfredo chicken pasta served with crispy Parmesan fries.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 medium potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for fries)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil and Parmesan cheese, then bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a pan until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Slice chicken and add to the sauce.
- Drain pasta and mix with the Alfredo sauce.
- Serve pasta with Parmesan fries on the side.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- For extra crispiness, flip fries halfway through baking.
