Description
A creamy and spicy Cajun shrimp pasta ready in just 25 minutes. Perfect for a quick and flavorful dinner.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce. Toss to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less heat.
- Use fresh shrimp for best results.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
