Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, and protein powder.
- Add dried blueberries, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place energy balls on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
