Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. Stir in sour cream. Pour filling over the crust.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the center is set. Let cool completely.
  6. Top with fresh blueberries and blueberry jam before serving.

  • Let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open to prevent cracking.
