Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and slice.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, then stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Add the cooked linguine and sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

  • For a thinner sauce, add a splash of pasta water.
