  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Cajun seasoning, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic.
  4. Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. In a saucepan, heat olive oil. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the creamy sauce over the stuffed shells.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
