- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Cajun seasoning, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic.
- Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and place in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, and paprika. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the creamy sauce over the stuffed shells.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Serve with a side salad or garlic bread.
