  • 12 oz sirloin steak, sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
