- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add garlic and broccoli, sauté for 3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly. Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the sauce.
- Substitute half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
