Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add garlic and broccoli, sauté for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce thickens.
