- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.

- You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
