- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add chicken and broccoli to the bowl and stir to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and melted butter, then sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
- Steam broccoli until just tender to avoid mushiness.
- Substitute cream of mushroom soup if preferred.
- Breadcrumbs can be swapped with crushed crackers for extra crunch.
