A quick and easy pasta dish with tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and a creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add garlic and broccoli. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta and toss until well coated.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Replace heavy cream with milk for a lighter version.
- Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
