- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 sleeve (about 30) buttery crackers, crushed
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers with melted butter.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Substitute cream of mushroom soup if preferred.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
