- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
- Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables soften.
- Stir in cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve warm.
