A creamy and delicious pasta dish made with tender chicken and fettuccine noodles.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Slice into strips.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Season with nutmeg if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
- Adjust creaminess by adding pasta water if needed.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
