- 2 boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Combine cooked pasta with the creamy chicken mixture.
