- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup enchilada sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook ground beef until browned.
- Add minced garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Remove from heat and mix in sour cream and half the cheese.
- Fill tortillas with beef mixture, roll them, and place in a baking dish.
- Pour enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
