Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 200g linguine
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a pan, heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and slice.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  5. Combine the cooked linguine and sliced chicken in the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve hot.
