Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups frozen fries
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  3. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden.
  5. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Return chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve with crispy fries.
