- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 cups frozen fries
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat with the sauce. Cook for 2 more minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with crispy fries.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, bake fries on a wire rack.
