- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (for fries)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for fries)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil and parmesan cheese, then spread on a baking sheet.
- Bake fries for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve chicken with sauce and crispy parmesan fries.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For crispier fries, flip halfway through baking.
