Description

Tender steak bites cooked in a creamy garlic butter sauce with mushrooms.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until softened.
  5. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well.
  7. Return steak bites to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use a tender cut of steak for best results.
