Description
Tender steak bites cooked in a creamy garlic butter sauce with mushrooms.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak bites and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use a tender cut of steak for best results.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
