- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Add peas, salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
