- 2 boneless, skinless chicken
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
