Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
