Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked (5-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Reduce heat and pour in heavy cream. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
  4. Add cooked linguine and mozzarella cheese to the sauce, tossing to combine.
  5. Top with sliced chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
  • Adjust creaminess by adding more or less pasta water.
  • Substitute chicken thighs if preferred.
