A creamy and flavorful dish combining tender chicken with a rich garlic parmesan sauce served over cheesy linguine.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked (5-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Reduce heat and pour in heavy cream. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add cooked linguine and mozzarella cheese to the sauce, tossing to combine.
- Top with sliced chicken, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best flavor.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less pasta water.
- Substitute chicken thighs if preferred.
