Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  6. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stir until smooth.
  7. Return chicken to pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
