- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden and fully cooked (about 6-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice into strips.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir to combine.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
