- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and serve.
Notes
- Use freshly grated parmesan for best results.
- Adjust creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
- Pair with pasta or steamed vegetables.
