Ingredients

  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir, then add parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken and cooked gnocchi to the skillet. Toss to coat with the sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
