- 500g potato gnocchi
- 200g fresh spinach
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 200ml heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add cooked gnocchi to the pan and stir to coat evenly.
- Crumble feta cheese over the dish and gently mix.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
