Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked macaroni, celery, red bell pepper, red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add more Greek yogurt.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- This salad tastes best when chilled for a few hours.
