  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in orzo and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  8. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
