- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes to coat.
- Serve hot with fresh parsley if desired.
