- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 250g penne pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic, oregano, and thyme. Stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add grated parmesan cheese and stir until smooth.
- Mix in cooked penne pasta and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

- For extra flavor, add fresh basil or parsley before serving.
- Substitute chicken with mushrooms for a vegetarian version.
