Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add shredded pepper jack cheese, stirring until melted.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well-coated.
  7. Serve immediately.
