- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooled potatoes, onion, celery, and chopped eggs to the bowl.
- Gently toss until all ingredients are well-coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
