- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
- Shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix everything together before serving.
Notes
- Serve over rice or pasta for a complete meal.
- Can substitute chicken breasts with thighs if preferred.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
