- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
- Combine cooked pasta with the creamy beef mixture.
- Serve hot.
