- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 oz salmon fillet, skinless and cubed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion, sauté until softened.
- Add salmon cubes and cook for 3–4 minutes until lightly browned.
- Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. Stir well.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and mix until evenly coated.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh salmon for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For a lighter version, replace heavy cream with half-and-half.
