- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook sausage until browned.
- Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until thickened.
- Drain pasta and mix with the sausage and pepper sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
- Use any type of pasta you prefer.
- Adjust the creaminess by adding more or less heavy cream.
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes.
