Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook sausage until browned.
  3. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until thickened.
