Ingredients

- 12 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 lb mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, mussels)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a pan, heat butter and olive oil. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add seafood and cook until just done, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Combine pasta and seafood sauce in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
