Ingredients

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
