- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
- Add diced tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in fresh basil and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
