Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked potatoes, diced
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 tbsp chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender, then dice and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add tuna, celery, red onion, and dill to the yogurt mixture.
- Fold in the cooled potatoes gently.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use canned tuna in water for a lighter version.
- Substitute mayonnaise for Greek yogurt if preferred.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
