- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add spinach, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir until spinach wilts.
- Mix in cooked pasta and toss until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
