Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Reduce heat and add milk, Velveeta, and mozzarella. Stir until cheese melts into a smooth sauce.
