Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- Mix gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Beat the egg in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil lightly over the coated chicken.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve hot.
