Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Brush patties lightly with olive oil.
- Place patties in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 8-10 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use an instant-read thermometer to check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- For extra crispiness, spray patties with cooking oil before air frying.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
