- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat chicken in flour, dip in beaten egg, then cover with breadcrumbs.
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil and place chicken inside.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook another 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Toast buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, and sauce if desired.

- For extra crispiness, spray breaded chicken with oil before air frying.
- Check internal temperature of chicken to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Use panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture.
