- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the coated chicken in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the chicken lightly with oil before air frying.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture.
- Check the internal temperature of the chicken (165°F/74°C) for doneness.
